Ležérní atmosféra, žádná zodpovědnost
I po dvou letech nebyla jasná moje role, o rozhodnutí které bylo důležité pro moji práci jsem se dozvěděla náhodou. Požadavek neustálá být v Lyonu a neschopnost pracovat se zaméstnancem v jiné lokalitě

S pracovní dobou.
Když jsem potřeboval něco vyřešit,tak jsem se musel opakovaně připomínat.

Líbí se mi komunikace s nadřízeným, kde funguje všestranná podpora. Navíc jsem částečně i sama svým pánem. Velmi jsem se v této práci našla.
Mohl by být samozřejmě vyšší plat a různé info ze vnitř firmy by k mě dle mého mělo doplouvat automaticky

Příjemného kolektivu na pobočce, rozmanité práce
Změna vedení, více se zajímat o podřízené a nebrat je jako ovce. Slušné chování, být partnerem, aby se zaměstnanci nebáli na něco zeptat. Nesmyslná pracovní doba, která není na některých pozicích tak důležitá.

na počátku dobrá komunikace
zlepšení komunikace se zaměstnanci - přestali posílat nabídky na práci i když jim zaměstnavatel zadal požadavek na zaměstnance

Slušného a férového jednání.
Nebylo by co měnit. Řídila mě spol. Pro kterou jsem jako zaměstnanec Adecco s.r.o. pracovala.
