Jediné pozitivní vidím v tom, že to nemám daleko do práce. A zaměstnanecké benefity jsou tu velmi směšné - parkování v areálu nemocnice zdarma = nikdy nenajdete místo na parkování a musíte stát venku na ulici. Sleva v ústavní lékárně = směšných 5% a jestli je pro Vás důležitá stravování na pracovišti, tak kvalita odpovídá i ceně za stravování a ceny v kiosku vedle nemocnice jsou taky úžasné.
Už od nástupu do práce se budete divit kam jste se to dostali, nadřízení i kolegové na pracovišti s Vámi budou zacházet jako s onucí a pokud Vás nevyštvou nebo nevyhodí ve zkušební době, tak budete rádi, že máte práci i za mizerných podmínek. Nemocnice si zakládá na tom, že chce kvalifikované lidi, ale neumí je ocenit ani lidsky, ani platově.
