Prague Office has zero influence on corporate decisions and strategy. It is just effective cost center dealing with tasks delegated from Denmark to the nearshore. Compensation package is below average, no bonuses and extremely rare pay raise, no inflation clause.

Lidsky orientovaná firma, hrozně příjemné a čisté pracovní prostředí, perfektní pracovní stoly, Dánský mind-set, spousta benefitů, pokus o přátelskou atmosféru
Občas povrchní manager-employee přístup, velká fluktulace bez zájmu řešit výpovědní situace. Bohužel se nedaří držet přátelskou atmosféru, způsobenou změnou v klasický korporát

Velmi vítám otevřenou atmosféru a příležitost dělat zodpovědnou a zajímavou práci. Ideální společnost pro pracovité lidi. Skvělá je možnost pracovat některé dny v týdnu z domova (v Covid době úplně). Páteční ranní snídaně, různé eventy a další benefity rozhodně celkový dojem nekazí. I když pracuji výhradně pro klienty z jiných zemí, je fajn být součástí NNIT a podílet se tak na realizaci hodnot této společnosti.
Trochu lokalita v Praze, což ovšem souvisí s tím, kde bydlím já :). Možná i korporátní pravidla, čemuž se firma velikosti NNIT asi nemá šanci vyhnout.

V NNIT je pro me zasadni skvely pristup managementu. Zamestnanec je bran individualne a vzdy je mozne, aby se rozvijel smerem, kterym chce jit. Zajimavy benefit je moznost ucit se dansky.
