Práci si obvykle řídíte do jisté míry sami. Kolegové jsou ochotní a pracovití.
Práce je nesystematická a často se ohýbají pravidla. Téměř nulové investice do vybavení (servisy i inovace). Vedení nepředává transparentně vizi budoucnosti - často mlží. Snižování počtu zaměstnanců a uzavírání poboček bez oznámení či vysvětlení.

Naše instituce je státní příspěvková organizace a zaměstnanci jsou proto ohodnoceni platově dle státních tabulek, které přihlíží k délce praxe z čehož benefitují starší lidé s delší praxí. Věkový průměr na odděleních je odhadem 45-50 let. Konkrétně na mém oddělení je věkový průměr spíše ještě vyšší což bude pravděpodobně více vyhovovat lidem v podobném věku. Pro mladé lidi (pod 30) je zdejší práce pomalá, zastaralá a neefektivní.

Vyjdou vstříc pokud máte zdravotní problémy, s volnem (6 týdnů + 3 dny zdravotního volna). Příspěvek FKSP je díky odborové organizaci vysoký.
Stravování, kolektiv, ale za ten nemůže zaměstnavatel.
