Kolegové jsou příjemní. Práce nebývá příliš hektická, i když i to se stává. Práce bývá dosti různorodá. Vedení má snahu přistupovat k zaměstnanci individuálně. Ovšem pouze v některých případech je to ke spokojenosti zaměstnance.
Neochota ohodnotit a ocenit individuální výkonnost zaměstnanců. Nesystémové až chaotické řízení práce. Zastaralé vnitrofiremní postupy. Slabá digitalizace.

Vyjdou vstříc pokud máte zdravotní problémy, s volnem (6 týdnů + 3 dny zdravotního volna). Příspěvek FKSP je díky odborové organizaci vysoký.
Stravování, kolektiv, ale za ten nemůže zaměstnavatel.
