Nejlepší je kolektiv, díky němu se dá snadněji přihlédnout k tomu, že plat je dost nízký.

Plat. Po zkušební době se plat automaticky nenavyšuje, což je chyba. Osobní ohodnocení, které není jisté, by mělo být pro zaměstnance pozitivní motivací a ne se modlit, aby vůbec osobní ohodnocení dostal, aby měl aspoň trochu normální plat.

Spoľahlivosť. Flexibilitu a taktiež aj férové správanie

Určite by sa mlo zlepšiť, ocenenie ľudí vo firme. A navýšenie počtu pracovníkov.

Stabilní pracovní prostředí, jistota.

Lepší platové podmínky (DPP na výpomoc v právním odělení), benefity na jídlo i pro ZC s jiném než plným úvazkem.
