Skvělé vztahy, kolegové, neformální prostředí.Vzhledem k velikosti firmy zná člověk velkou část lidí osobně. Podpora home office. Prostor posouvat se.
Personálně posílit některá oddělení, velmi často jsou procesy vázané jen na jednoho člověka. Korporátní prostředí- takže delší schvalovací procesy a s tím spojená administrativa. Nutnost zavádění procesů na základě požadavků z centrály ve Francii, které ne vždy dává smysl spouštět v ČR.
