Jakožto "řadový" pracovník mohu do práce přijít prakticky na kteroukoliv hodinu (nemám přesně stanovenou dobu začátku) a odcházím po odpracování 8 hodin práce (8,5 včetně přestávky na oběd). Pokud si potřebuji jít vyřídit něco do města, mohu odejít a následně si to napracovat.
