Možnost podílet se na rozvoji firmy. Přímo se podílet na úspěchu firmy.
Absence benefitů. Chybí kmenoví zaměstnanci, takže na jedné pozici děláte dvě další -> vysoká fluktuace interních zaměstnanců. Nedostatečné zaškolení. Na některých pozicích lidi bez kompetencí. Fungování celé firmy je jako na houpačce, jednou nahoře, jednou dole.
