Pracovní doba
Přístup vedení k zaměstnancům se neshoduje s křesťanskými hodnotami organizace. Někteří zaměstnanci pomlouvají služby mezi sebou, něco se nařídí a další den se změní názor. Ačkoliv by vedení mohlo přistoupit na lepší platy, jsou přesvědčeni, že víc si za svou náročnou práci nezasloužíme. Vytváří se zde toxické prostředí. Chtělo by to změnu ve vedení a to na lidi, kteří budou konečně oporou zaměstnancům - naslouchat jim a být tu pro ně. Rovněž je na pováženou přerozdělování materiální pomoci... to je na zamyšlení.

- intriky spoluzamestnancu - cihla drbe cihlu (slepicarna - každý promlouvá každého) - neférové jednání - I po X letech smlouva na dobu určitou
- nerespektování hodnot zaměstnance - vždy na prvním místě klient - tzn. I Když vás klient křivě obviní vždy se věří jemu

Nedůvěra k vedoucí služby. Komunikace na nulové úrovni. Žádné benefity. Zametání problémů pod koberec.

výborný kolektiv, super vedení, zajímavá práce.
plat je v sociálních službách nízký a práce je velmi náročná, zaměstnavatel se vždy snažil, dát nám, dle možností, co nejvíc mohl. Tahle práce se nedá dělat pro peníze, je to poslání.
