S kolektivem kolegů.
Vedoucí nemá představu jak vést lidi.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Ve skupinách jsou obvykle cizinci. A to v nemalém množství. Schopnost vládnout angličtinou, domluvit se a prezentovat v ní je samozřejmostí.
Work in an international environment
Ústav zaměstnává a hostí mnoho cizojazyčných výzkumníků. Angličtina je očekávanou samozřejmostí. Stáž v zahraničních centrech výzkumu jsou také samozřejmostí. Ústav je prakticky nejznámějším ústavem tohoto výzkumného typu v oblasti chemie a biochemie.
