Veľmi mi vyhovuje flexibilita, ktorú v práci mám, umožňuje mi pracovať na diaľku.
Chýba organizovanosť na analytickom oddelení, niektoré úlohy sú duplicitne zadávané dvom rôznym ľuďom bez toho, aby o tom niektorý z nich vedel.

Finanční ohodnocení bylo na začátku zajímavé. Mladý kolektiv
Firmu nedoporučuji. Velmi neférové jednání v platební morálce, doporučuji si dát pozor na to, co je uvedeno ve smlouvě.
Work in a team of young people
Většina zaměstnanců jsou zde jako brigádníci právě díky volné docházce a proto zde pracují převážně opravdu mladí lidé a studenti.

Práce s kolegy a případné trávení společného volného času. Kolektiv je ve firmě velmi dobrý, dokážeme se spolu bavit i mimo kanceláře. Firma se neustále rozrůstá a má neustálý vývoj, což je určitě plus jak pro zaměstnavatele, tak pro mě a mé spolupracovníky.
Práce je velmi stresující. Tím, že se jedná o mladou firmu, která se každým dnem posouvá neskutečně dopředu, je třeba reagovat na změny okamžitě, hned si je osvojit. Není čas ztrácet čas. Naopak k tomu velké plus je, že v závislosti na množství práce Vám pracovní doba připadá, že tu jste tak hodinu.

Firma se poměrně dynamicky vyvíjí, takže pokud prokážete patřičné schopnosti, můžete být součástí tohoto rozvoje a součástí úplně nových projektů. Pokud jsou pak projekty úspěšné, jste za to dobře ohodnoceni a Vaše pozice ve firmě náležitě posílí.
Občas zde dochází k situacím, kdy jste přehlceni velkým množstvím úkolů, které pak logicky nezvládáte odbavovat v požadovaném čase a kvalitě. To ale vedení moc nezajímá, a pokud úkoly neplníte v daných deadlinech a v požadované kvalitě, vyvine na vás vedení velký tlak a hrozí, že přijdete o pohyblivou složku odměny.
