Effectix je firma, ktorá si ide cieľavedome za svojimi víziami a preto sme sa stali Kľúčový Partner Google a patríme medzi najlepšej agentúry v Česko-Slovensku. Je to ale vždy o ľudoch a práve to je silnou stránkou tejto firmy - silný tím, ktorý spoločnými silami posúva firmu stále vpred.
Nič zásadné, ale vždy je čo vylepšovať :)
Varied work
Vo firme sa človek nikdy nenudí. Riešia sa stále nejaké nové veci a výzvy, či už jednotlivcov alebo celej firmy. Každý si sám zvolí aký bude jeho denný program a na čom bude pracovať.

Kolektív, oblasť v ktorej pracujem, voľnosť, ohodnotenie, to všetko je fantastické a preto tam chodím rád! Pracujem tam 6 rokov a nemenil by som!

Oceňuji velmi přátelský kolektiv, týmovou práci, pracovní prostředí v prvorepublikové vile, velikost společnosti, československou spolupráci, týmové večírky, výjezdy, vzdělávání...

V Effectixu je skvělý kolektiv, každý den se těším do práce. Pro každého je tu šance posouvat se dále. Neustále se všichni vzděláváme a pracujeme na sobě. Effectix je svobodná firma, umožňuje lidem plánovat si čas i práci podle sebe. Pracujeme v týmech a můžeme se spolehnout jeden na druhého. Trávíme spolu čas i po práci, jsme nejen kolegové, ale mnozí z nás i dobří přátelé. Pro mě firma snů.
