V Effectixu jsou skvělí a šikovní kolegové, líbí se mi, jak jsou zapálení pro věc. Panuje vždy super nálada. Pokud je s něčím problém, řeší se to hned. Kolegové podpoří, podrží a povzbudí. Líbí se mi jakým způsobem Effectix vedený - status "svobodná firma". Vše se staví na vzájemné důvěře a proto to funguje.
Nepřišel moment, kdy bych si řekla, že jsem s něčím nespokojena.

Effectix je svobodná firma, což mi maximálně vyhovuje. Neomezená dovolená, pokud něco nutně potřebujete vyřešit v pracovní době, nikomu to nevadí. Na oplátku musí být samozřejmě práce odvedená. Mám tady zodpovědnost sám za sebe a za svou práci+svobodu si přizpůsobit čas svým potřebám.
Někdy jste v práci prostě dýl, protože je potřeba něco dodělat.

Super atmosféra v kanceláři, fajn parta lidí, skvělý přístup od vedení, nadřízeného i kolegů. Svobodná firma, teambuildingy, remote-work, dog-friendly kancly, háóčka, občas s lidma v kanclu zůstáváme déle a buď si dáme nějaké pivko/víno, zahrajeme si na Xboxu/Playstationu nebo jen tak kecáme nebo se domluvíme a jdeme někam společně (sport, pivo, ...). Motivující růst ve firmě (nejen finančně), otevřenost novým možnostem a školící systém.
Zatím jsem nenarazil na nic co by mi vadilo... i když se to někomu může zdát jako klišé, tak je to tak
