Istota že výplata príde každý mesiac včas.

Manažment práce úplne tragicky. Každý úkon ma síce svoj proces, je ich toľko že nieje možné sa v nich orientovať. Síce je proces na všetko, no občas ráno netušíte na čím budete daný deň pracovať pretože sa zistilo že iná dôležitá úloha ma prioritu, a následne na to sa zistí že niečo málo byť hotové už včera a nikto na tom nepracuje pretože sa to stratilo jednom v 50 mailoch ktoré človek dostane za deň. Proces je aj na posielanie mailov, a každý sa s ním musí oboznámiť. Ak nie tak je to veľký problém....
