- otevřená komunikace s přímým nadřízeným - možnost kombinace práce z kanceláře a z domova - průběh řešení jednotlivých Case se zákazníkem si zpravidla řídí konzultant - IFS systém je hodně rozsáhlý a proto není práce nudná
Konzultant je hozen do vody a pokud tápe, musí si sám říci o pomoc. Odborné vzdělávání probíhá formou samostudia v AJ.

Firma pracuje se skvělým produktem, za který není třeba se stydět. Firemní benefity jsou víc než dostačující, na všem se dá se zaměstnavatelem domluvit. Kolegové jsou velmi nápomocní.
Nástupní program není pro každého, je lehce stresující a zaměstnavatel si tím ověřuje míru samostatnosti a učenlivosti zaměstnance. Je zde neustálý prostor pro učení se nových věcí, které ale nejsou podávány úplně správnou formou (velká míra samostudia a zjišťování informací sám - od kolegů anebo formou samostudia z anglického "manuálu")

Flexibilní pracovní doba Odborný rozvoj
Organizace práce příšerná - v problémech je nutné se vykoupat sám Management nehraje fér a má zkonstnatělý přístup. De-motivační způsob odměňování Špatná péče o zaměstnance a atmosféru ve firmě obecně. Tlak na výkon bez ocenění.

Nelpí se na blbostech, vždy jde o výsledek a splnění cíle. Dobří kolegové - s každým se dá mluvit otevřeně o všem a dohodnout se. Produkt IFS je absolutni, i technologickou, svetovou špičkou ve svém oboru.

Nejhorší firemní atmosféra, jakou jsem zažil. Veškeré dění ve firmě se řešilo na cigaretových pauzách, což pro mě jako pro nekuřáka nebylo příjemné.
