Pracovala jsem zde brigádně. Takže v mém případě oceňuji možnost volby směn a vždy se dalo domluvit. Na druhou stranu moc dlouhá pracovní doba, se kterou víte, že máte zabitý celý den.
Lepší rozvržení pracovní doby.

Jak pani nadrizena/mistrova a spoluzamestnanci, si delali z lidi co byly u nich na prodejne docasne osli, jedna rekala jak mam delat praci, prisla druha, nadavala ze je to blbe, a tak to bylo porat. Pak vam daji nejakou praci kterou radne plnite a cekate na nadrizenou/mistrovou ze mate praci hotovou, ze k tomu potrebujete jen neco vytisknout (tuto praci dela jen ona) a hned dostanete servano proc cekate ze mate neco delat, a hned spoluzamestnanci utikaji si stezovat. A pak jste ten nejhorsi.

Nová pracovní zkušenost a nový kamarádi
Toho závodu kolik bylo a kor když se stahovalo sezónní věci, šílené nemluvím ani o tom,že nějaká podpora nebo motivaci žádná nebyla a když už tak pěkně falešné.
