Naucila jsem se,ze se více zaměřují na blbosti nez na kvalitu prodeje,malo lidi na prodejně hodně prace,nestačíte se věnovat zákazníkům.To mě nejvíc mrzelo.Jinak stravenky jako benefit a sleva 20 procent na nezlevněné zboží

Hodně hodin ,není to krátký,dlouhý týden co píší.Je to netovnomerna pracovní doba takže ob měsíc musíte mit cca 192 hodin!

Lepší benefity pro zaměstnance. Např. 5 týdnů dovolené. Zvýšit počet zaměstnanců na prodejnách.
