Jedná se (zatím) v zásadě o CZE společnost. Tím je dána kultura a fungování firmy, a s tím spojena pozitiva, ale i negativa samozřejmě.

Flexibilita ohledně požadavků zaměstnanců prakticky na cokoli, osoní a férový přístup, slušné mzdové ohodnocení, ochota k poskytování benefitů (vč. školení či jiných investic do vzdělání zaměstnanců)
Zavést casual fridays, občerstvení na pracovišti, odpočinkovou zónu pro zaměstnance.

Pracoval jsem v Trinity pouze na dohodu o provedení práce. Všechna rozhodnutí trvala hrozně dlouho a v podstatě dokud se to nestalo, tak si člověk nemohl být ničím jistý.
