Vedení je otevřeno novým nápadům a myšlenkám, ale i konstruktivní kritice a připomínkám. K novým výzvám se přistupuje agilně a celkem efektivně. Nicméně se firma stále trochu hledá, kde se do budoucna profilovat. Je to skvělá příležitost pro lidi, kteří se nebojí nových věcí a chtějí pomoci firmu směrovat do nových oblastí.
V určitých věcech by vedení mohlo více vnímat názory lidí. Firma by se mohla více snažit motivovat kvalitní lidi a snížit tak jejich fluktuaci.
