Při nástupu probíhá zaškolení o firmě, které je vedené uvolněnou formou, ale zároveň nabyté informacemi. Není dlouhé, ale zároveň plně hrazené. Poté se přechází na oddělení, kde se již bude pracovat. Zde zaškolují již vedoucí nebo kolegové. Na ty se můžete kdykoliv obrátit, pomáhá i HR oddělení. Není tedy potřeba praxe, stačí většinou uživatelská úroveň na PC. Vše záleží na vypsaných požadavcích a zaměření.
