Oceňuji to, že mi dali možnost nabrat zkušenosti.
Přístup hlavních manažerů, kteří se nejprve tváří přátelsky, ale nedělá jim problém podrazit nohy. Přístup ke schopným zaměstancům, kteří odnášejí vše za ty méně schopné nebo liné.

Benefity, platové ohodnocení a kolegové
Přístup nadřízených , jsou falešní a dělají naschvály. Nehodnotí podle kvality práce, ale podle známosti. Pracovití lidé odnáší práci i za ostatní.

- klasicke korporatni: nektere veci trvaji dlouho anebo jsou tezko prosaditelne - zastarale technologie a systemy - financni ohodnoceni by mohlo byt lepsi - zbytecne vysoka komplexita rizeni, procesu

Cenila jsem si mezinárodního prostředí a možnosti dočasně pracovat v zahraničních pobočkách firmy.
Rozhodně bych z české regulérní pobočky firma neudělala středisko sdílených služeb. Tato změna se na prostředí velmi podepsala - bohužel k horšímu.

SOS má dobřte nastavenoí szstem HO a Felxible working hours. Na některých pozicích moc přesčasů. které se bohužel nedají vybrat. Hodně jsem se tam naučila, systémy, prezentace, analýzy, práce s různými typy kleintů, dokumentace. Moc se mi libila možnost flexible working hours, přijemné čtvrtletní večeře s TOP managementem.
Moc přesčasů, které se všechny nedají vybrat vzhledem k velkému množství práce, systémy občas nedělají co mají, i přesto velký tlak na lidi a na deadlines.
Freedom and independence
Ve složitějších pozicích, analytických, se vyžaduje vaše samostatnost a vítá se i volnost postupu, pokud dojdete k požadovanému cíli .
Flexible working hours
Po domluvě s manažerem si můžete práci dodělat doma,, pokud ten den pracujete v office . Což je skvělé , pokud potřebujete vyzvednout dítě , vyvencit psa , zacvicit si, proste si v te práci udělat vestu přestávku. Týká se opravdu jedné až tři hodin práce nechat by večer .odejit z kanclu ve 4.
