Nejvíce si cením možnosti flexibilní pracovní doby a pomoci svým zaměstnancům realizovat mimopracovní aktivity ve formě různých vzdělávacích a kreativních workshopů nebo sportovních a společenských aktivit.
Začít budovat firemní kulturu a vnitřní komunikaci pomocí soustavného vzdělávaní zaměstnanců (zejména vedoucích zaměstnanců) zaměřené na osobnostní rozvoj a soft skills, nejlépe formou workshopů, seminářů a best practice.
