Na plzeňské pobočce jsme byli super tým.
Nebyla jsem spokojená s pracovní dobou, která bohužel kvůli povaze retailu nešla změnit.

většina kolegů a kolegyň byla fajn u šéfů už to tak nebylo, někteří byli super, ti bohužel brzy odešli
za roky, které jsem strávila v této práci se tam vedení vyměnilo 3x a vždy to bylo k horšímu nejbližší šéfové byli/byly obvykle v pohodě, proto taky asi tak rychle zmizeli v propadlišti dějin na naše nápady se obvykle reagovalo, tedy spíš nereagovalo nijak baví mě hesla typu: buďte vždy upřímní, všechno spolu vyřešíme...obvykle jsem se dozvěděla, že si jen stěžuju a že do toho nemám co mluvit vyhazovali se lidi za úplné blbosti nijak moc se nerespektovaly jakékoli zdravotní potíže a přesun na naprosto nevhodnou práci zapříčinil více výpovědí

Přesčasy se neproplácejí. Takže je to velice jednoduché. Je daná otevírací doba

multisport karta, benefit karta, peniaze na účete vždy včas, stravenky
Vadí mi chovanie vedúcej, planovanie smien, človek nikdy nevie ako ide do práce, 2 pracovné víkendy po sebe, kolektív kde sa všetci navzájom ohovaraju

Přátelská atmosféra, uzpůsobené směny, možnost profesního růstu, slušné platové ohodnocení, zajímavé benefity, vánoční večírek a každoroční teambulding

Zázemí firmy, skoleni softskills, včasné informace o novinkách a změnách, tým na vybraných prodejnách, většina kolegů profesně vyrostla.
Externí vysoký managment firmy, nekonzistentnost názorů, časté změny pozic, nefér jednání od kolegů na stejné úrovni. Nevážení si zaměstnanců na nízkých pozicích.
Order and rules
Vše v M&S má své pravidla, standardy atd. Bohužel někdy jsou pravidla až nereálná větsinou v malichernostech (závoz před otevřením, dresscode ...) a ve vážnějších věcech naopak pravidla neexistují (plány směn, feedback...)
