V Branu jsem začala pracovat ihned po škole. Nemám s čím srovnat, ale dosavadní zkušenosti, jsou pro mě cenné a důležité. Náplň mé práce přesahuje do různých odvětví, ať už llánovaně nebo nárazově. Což mě naplňuje,
Některé zásahy top managementu do mé pracovní náplně nejsou zcela korektní a já nejsem kompetentní osobou, která by měla některé podklady připravovat. Pokud to hodnotím zpětně, vždy mě takovéto akce posunou o krok zase vpřed. I když jsem na počátku nové výzvy byla bezradná.

Upřímně jsem si necenil ničeho. Celkový přístup zaměstnavatele není adekvátní, nijak nekoresponduje s tím co píšou v inzerátech.
