Je to jako ve Startupu, člověk dělá všechno, s většinou toho předtím moc neuměl a dostává i nadále úkoly, které jsou často mimo jeho oficiální pracovní náplň. Každý úkol je výzva a protože lidí je málo (často ne víc než 3 na jediný projekt), musí se často improvizovat. Nová wiki není moc úplná a ani předtím neobsahovala vše, co člověk potřebuje.
