Většina kolegů přátelská a spolupracující. Moderní kanceláře, včetně relax roomu a gymu.
Toxická firemní kultura - absence feedback culture, firma bez hodnot, tolerance chování, které negativně ovlivňuje produktivitu. Absence product ownershipu. Projektové řízení vývoje produktového SW. Top mgmt neposkytoval support.

Současný AIS nemá s tím "mym" zase tolik společného. Jiná společnost, jiné vedení, jiná působnost. Ale výborný kolektiv, skvělá podpora. Za mne víc takových.
Permanentní lokace v zahraničí vedla logicky k omezeným osobním kontaktům v Čechách. S tím jsem ale počítala od začátku. Současný AIS toto nenabídne.
