Skvělí lidé, velká svoboda, žádný mikromanagement, autonomní týmy bez manažerů, dlouhodobá strategie.
Občas se firma někoho zbavuje ne úplně pěkným způsobem. Odchází-li kolega z ne vlastní iniciativy, většinou zůstává nepříjemný pocit "snad to takhle jednou neudělají mně". A platy už nějakou dobu stagnují a asi ještě chvíli budou.

30dní dovolené, 3 sick days a extra volno na Covid shot plný benefitní balíček
Vzhledem k tlaku na globální spolupráci v rámci conf callů a meetingů napříč časovými pásmy je velmi těžké skloubit pracovní a osobní život. Především EU se vždy přizpůsobuje USA a je to automaticky očekávané. Pokud jsou nějaká pravidla a procesy nastavena, téměř nikdy neplatí pro všechny stejně - což pochopitelně vytváří napříjemné dusno mezi lidmi a teamy. Z firmy po letech růstu se stalo spíše korporátní prostředí, které je plné politikaření a neotevřené komunikace.

Nejvíce si cením, že se snaží vyjít vstříc a hledat řešení. Vzhledem k mezinárodní působnosti umožňuje poznat i jiné kultury. Je energický.
Komunikace mezi odděleními a systém odměňování/hodnocení.

moznost individualniho vybaveni, pokud nevyhovuje standardni spoluprace mezi teamy obchod - support - R&D pravidelne dotazy ohledne moznych vylepseni uvnitr firmy a jejich implementace firemni skolka a dalsi benefity jako home office, sick days, atd.
momentalne jsem v procesu zlepsovani, takze je treba pockat co a jak bude zmeneno. :)

Bezmanažerská struktura. Kolegové jsou velmi nápomocní a poslouchají vaše názory. Full remote pozice.
Prosadit vylepšení je více náročné, musíte získat podporu více lidí než v běžné organizační struktuře. Výměna informací mezi týmy občas vázne.
Jobs fit for working parents
Je možnost pracovat full remote, kdy si můžete část pracovní doby plánovat podle sebe. Samozřejmě ale je pořád nutné brát ohledy na potřeby týmu.
