Firma má své procesy, které jsou již zastaralé a je třeba se naučit pracovat chaoticky
Ani za mizerně odvedenou práci vás nečeká vyhazov, nebo přesun na jinou pozici. Lidem, kteří tráví denně hodiny flákáním se a drbacími kroužky v kancelářích a na recepci, nic nehrozí. Provést skutečně důležitou změnu trvá měsíce. Ke všemu se dokola schůzuje a nic se reálně neposouvá kupředu. Odpor lidí ke změnám a odmítání reálných dat je na denním pořádku.
