Oceňuji míru samostatnosti, kterou mi zaměstnavatel přenechal pro tvorbu projektů a plnění úkolů. Zkrátka je zadán cíl a k jeho výsledku mohu dojít vlastní tvořivostí v rámci pravidel společnosti a to je pro mě motivující.

Za náš závod i když jsou výsledky skvělé, tak je stále vyšší tlak na víc a rychleji, zejména od zahraničních vlastníků. To je stresující a někdy jsme házeni do stejného pytle s rozvojovými zeměmi po kterých se chtě něco a my už to přitom dávno a automaticky děláme.

Myslím, že velkou prioritou pro společnosti jsou zaměstnanci a k tomu je také vše připravováno, odměňování, benefity, vzdělávání, dobrá atmosféra....jsou zde moc prima lidi, odborníci....společnost doporučuji, jsem ráda, že jsem součástí....

asi prostory, ale snad se brzy vyřeší..

Přístup managementu, kolegialita, benefity, sociální pgm

Kapacita některých pracovišť je vyčerpána, kanceláře jsou zaplněny tak, že to snižuje produktivitu práce. Car Policy - úroveň flotily služebních vozidel byměla být lepší

Příjemní lidé napříč celou firmou. Snaží se nabídnout benefity, ale moc se mu nedaří uspokojit požadavky pracovníků. Jsem tam spokojen a rád.

Přestat šetřit na nepravých místech. Vytvořit sběrné místo na anonymní připomínky zaměstnanců.

Odbornost ve své specializaci.

Chtělo by to větší podíl práce vlastními kapacitami. Nábor mistrů a dělnických profesí.
