Dobrý plat. Vztahy? Dobrý vtip. Benefity, až na výjimky fajn.

Vztahy na pracovišti. Openspace. Ignorance a tupost lidí.

Pracovala jsem na pozici hlavní účetní. Co se týče vybavení pracoviště vše bylo perfektní. Práce byla velice náročná, dost složitý účetnický program. Často jsem musela nastavovat pracovní dobu a v době uzávěrky jsem bývala do večera. Práce jsem se brzy naučila a mě i bavila, ale bohužel na pracovišti KV to nikdo nedokázal ocenit. Měla jsem podřízenou kolegyni, která mi od prvního dne házela klacky pod nohy a to tak, že jsem neměla šanci uspět u mého nadřízeného . O našem problému věděl, osobně jsem mu o tom řekla, ale neřešil to. Nakonec neuznání mých schopností, pracovitosti a preciznosti, přehlížení od nadřízeného, absolutní neuznání a nerespektování od podřízené kolegyně, mě donutilo přes úžasné platové ocenění, z této práce po 10 měsících odejít.

Hlavní problém byl se vztahy na pracovišti.

Příjemné benefity

Možná trochu upravit mzdy, ale i tak si myslím, že platí vcelku dobře

super kolektiv pracovníku i s vedením, spoustu firemních společenských akcí vše se platilo fér: přesčasy atd. benefity: stravenky, penzíjko/životko pracovní pomůcky školení

je to převážně sezonní práce, musí se počítat s přesčasy

Security and stability

Firma působí v Česku již 25 let a stále má hodně zakázek. Zaměstnanci jsou vždy na prvním místě - výplata se nikdy neopozdí, dbá se bezpočenost při práci, různé benefity, stravenky atd.
