Lidé v domově byli rádi za milé slovo a popovídání,ale zaměstnavatel to neocenil a chtěl aby zaměstnanci jen udělali svou práci a šli pryč. Vlídný přístup tam není,jen samé povyšování a arogance.Každý kdo tam nastoupi ,brzy odchází jinam. Měla by ředitelka a personál změnit jednání k zaměstnancům.
