kolektiv, typ práce (testování her), pracovní prostředí
problém s dojezdem na oběd (nedá se stihnout dojet na oběd v nějakém rozumném čase, takže jsem si musel nosit svoje nebo jsem si musel obědnat), byla to brigáda ale mohli mi dát o pár korun na hodinu více

Vize vývoje.
Zlepšit firemní kulturu a atmosféru. Při komunikaci a zařizování dát důraz na přirozenost, nenucenost. Hledět na skutečné potřeby vývojářů, nevymýšlet si umělé benefity. Snížit byrokracii. Omezit bujení managementu a nárůst reálnou potřebou nepodložených vedoucích a produkčních pozice. Neumožňovat hromadění pozic jedním zaměstnancem. Dbát na transparentnost personálních změn. Prokazovat větší snahu si udržet schopné a pro kolektiv prospěšné kolegy. Nabízet skutečně kompetitivní finanční ohodnocení.

Uvolněné pracovní prostředí, benevolentní přístup, přátelská atmosféra.
Přístup zaměstnavatele. Zaměstnanec je postradatelný. Neexistující firemní kultura nebo pravidla. Podprůměrná mzda.
