Nevím, jestli mám štěstí na pobočku, ale z pohledů kolegů to nemůže být lepší. Zaškolování probíhá propracovaně, nejdřív školení, potom praxe na pobočce. Ikdyž jsem v bance neměl zkušenosti, tak jsem se všehno systematicky naučil

Zajímavé benefity, jistota, možnost kariérního postupu

Lepší vyvážení pracovního a soukromého života. Více dovolené či Sick Day. Standardní pracovní dobu je těžko skloubit se soukromým životem.
