Koncept Smart Office - mohu pracovat odkud potřebuji, home office není problém. Skvělé benefity (plně hrazené stravenky, pojištění, telefon, různé příspěvky, atd.).

Oceňuji vztahy v práci, skvělou atmosféru. Nikdo vám neodmítne pomoc když ji potřebujete. Nejvíce oceňuji možnost pracovat z domova a to více než tři dny v týdnu.
K současným 6 týdnům volna bych přidal ještě jeden.

Možnost homeoffice, stabilní zaměstnavatel, výplata vždy včas, možnost růstu, při hlavním pracovním poměru má KB fajn benefity.

S lokalitou. Složením týmu. Informovanost a možná diskuze. Společné řešení nahodilých událostí apod.
Zlepšila bych úklid (stoly, kuchyňka, toalety). Modernější pracovní nástroje.

Pracuje zatiaľ na dohodu, ale som spokojná, že sa ku mne všetci správajú ako k rovnocennému kolegovi.
Nie som úplne spokojná s benefitami. Mohli by sa niektoré zrušiť a naopak zvýšiť napr. internet v mobile na neobmedzený a podobne

Perfektní tým, vždycky se můžu na své kolegy obrátit a vždy mě poradí/ pomůžou/ nasměrují. Možnost práce z domova poměr (2 dny v práci 3 dny doma). Podílení se na zajímavém projektu NDB.
