Při studiu mi KB umožňuje se odborně vzdělávat v zajímavých oborech (řízení a controlling).

KB je bohužel moc velká na to, aby všichni zaměstnanci měli stejně dobré podmínky. I přes to jsou podmínky práce nadstandardní.

Skvělých lidí na oddělení i v dalších odděleních, kteří vytváří celkově příjemnou atmosféru pro práci. Také velmi dobrého zázemí a podpory zaměstnancům. Nadstandardních benefitů. A v neposlední řadě toho, že jde o meritokratického a ne politického zaměstnavatele (odměny a funkce rozdávány dle schopností).

Umět víc prodat, v čem jsme dobří a co se nám podařilo, protože toho je mnoho a stále přibývá. :)
