Vyměnila bych manažery, kteří jsou na stejné pozici více než 5 let. "Stará garda" je obrovský problém, se kterým se musí KB vypořádat, jinak transformaci do moderní banky nezvládne.

Vedoucí daného oddělení, mzdové ohodnocení neodpovídalo za odpovědnost, kterou člověk měl.

No overtime

Přesčasů bylo minimálně, nanejvýš během léta kdy byly dovolené a jednalo se maximálně o 2 dny v týdnu a o 1 - 2 hodiny.

Zlepšit komunikaci mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným, větší férovost při jednání, vyšší platové ohodnocení, které neodpovídá srovnatelným pozicím na trhu

Práce s klienty - osobní schůzky, objednávání klientů na schůzky telefonicky i osobně, administrace po schůzce s klienty, na menších pobočkách práce s hotovostí a zástupy na pokladnách v době dovolených, zajištění celkového chodu pobočky (malé)

KB je skvely zamestnavatel. Ma mnoho benefitu. Muzu se na ni spolehnout

Strukturu - je jeste mnoho zkostnatela, vse trva strasne dlouho. Nadrizeni nejsou motivujici, ale spis demotivujici.
