Společnost si potrpí na firemní kulturu, neustálé vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Pokud již jednoho zamestnance značně a řádně proškolí, nemá důvod se ho zbavovat. Pokud tedy nějak nepochybi. Ve firmě je možné kariérne postupovat a dále se vypracovávat.
