Přístup k moderním technologiím, dynamika, skvělý kolektiv. Domnívám se, že se spousta lidí snaží o to, aby se nám tu pracovalo dobře.

Oceňuji celkovou přátelskou atmosféru, to, že firma táhne za jeden provaz a vedení i zaměstnanci se k sobě chovají hezky... vedení a firma se o zaměstnance zajímá, nemám zde pocit, že jsem jen stroj, mám zde pocit, že jsem člověk a že se zajímají o to co chci a potřebuji a snaží se mi vyjít vstříc... Ve srovnání s tím, co jsem zažila jinde, je to tady úplně úžasné... Neříkám, že je vždy vše perfektní, jsme normální firma, ale celkově je to tady asi to nejlepší, co jsme kdy zažila...
Myslím, že nic co by bylo potřeba zde psát:)

stále rostoucí a rostoucí korporátnost škála benefitů velmi malá a slabá (standardem bývá penzijko+životko+starvenky+větší bonusy)

Firma dokáže vydělávat, máme špičkové místo v Praze
Nezralost (a zní vyplývající chaos) prakticky ve všech oblastech: procesy, management, nový business, dimenzování IT, plánování budgetu, Human Resources, pouze jeden zaměstnanecký benefit. Velmi nízké platy lidí, kteří jsou zde dlouho a pomáhali firmě růst (v současném pracovním trhu velmi riskantní situace)
