Opravdu mezinárodní firma, stále ještě ne korporace, dynamičnost a rozvoj firmy, možnost osobního rozvoje, legrace na pracovišti, možnost říct negativní názor

Vedení si uvědomuje, že pro úspěch firmy jsou klíčoví její zaměstnanci, jejich spokojenost a loajalita. Ve firmě je vyskoká kvalita lidských zdrojů a od toho se odvíjí vše ostatní včetně firemní kultury a kvality spolupráce uvnitř i vně firmy.
Realizace projektů trvá déle než by bylo potřeba, ale ne vždy jsou na vině interní překážky. Často jde skluz na vrub externím dodavatelům, ovšem tam je často příčinou jejich výběr na základě vztahů na úkor kvality.
