Oceňuji péči o zaměstnance, pozornosti typu - Velikonoční, Mikulášské, Vánoční, Sundowner, ovoce, med v kuchyňkách apod.
Společnost velmi rychle roste, interní procesy nejsou stabilizované, často vládne chaos, příliž mnoho změnových požadavků. Neefektivní hospodaření s financemi.
