Mezinárodní spolupráce, Velká technologická firma. Mám zodpovědnost a na můj názor se dá. Investice do vzdělání a vývojových technologii = nepytlíkujeme si všechno sami, prostě něco koupíme hotové. Velký projekt plný nových technologií.
Organizace času: pořád nové a nové projekty. Kvantita má přednost před kvalitou.

Možnost stát u zrodu nových digitálních produktů a řešení (toto není u poboček zahraničních firem vždy samozřejmé). Spolupráce na zajímavých mezinárodních projektech v rámci skupiny ZF.
nečitelná nebo netransparentní vize společnosti (možná jen nedostatečně vysvětlena zaměstnancům) nedostatek zkušených vývojářů (což asi částečně souvisí s prvním bodem) nedostatečné vymezení se vůči interním projektům, které jsou možná politicky (v rámci ZF důležité), ale pro Openmatics znamenají plýtvání s lidskými zdroji a odklon od vývoje produktu
