Kazdorocne zvyseni platu o nejake procento s zaklaneho platu. Davalo by to veksi motyvace by nemenit praci po 2-3 letach. Funguje to tak v Skandinavi.

Otevřenost nápadům na zlepšení. Absence přílišné byrokracie.
Zrušil bych open-space, zavedl alespoň týmové kanceláře. Rozšířil bych možnosti vzdělání pro zaměstnance.

Mí kolegové mne vřele přivítali a hned mne zařadili i do mimo pracovních aktivit. Nokian je fér firma s Finským duchem, kde jsem poprvé ve svém profesním životě zažila, že tým řeší problémy společně a skutečně spolupracuje.

vstřícného chování k zaměstancům
organizovat více společných akcí , společné snídaně, zařídit sportovní koutek, takovou relax zonu, víc si rozmazlovat zaměstance -> tím lepší práci budou odvádět, zmodernizovat více pracovní prostředí
