Pracuje s lidmi, naslouchá jim, snaží se jim maximálně vyjít vstříc a dělá pro ně maximum. Pracuje se v neformálním prostředí, které není svázáno žadnými korporátními pravidly. Volnost v rozhodování a samostatnost.
