Mám stabilní zaměstnání a možnost karierního rozvoje.
Ratio plán - dostaneme pomůcku k plánování služeb ale stejně musíme krátit služby kvůli šetření - následné přetěžování zaměstnanců. Školení nových zaměstnanců. Nedostačující čas na pořádné školení. Neférové pokráceni bonusů pro FO.
