Pohodlné pracovní prostředí. Komunikace s mnoha kolegy s lehkou, důvěřivou a hlavně klidnou atmosférou. Téměř zdarma obědy v kantýně!! Denně získávám mnoho dovedností a jsem šťastná, když mi moje nadrizeny dává zpětnou vazbu o mém výkonu fair and square.
Rovnováha mezi pracovním a soukromým životem. Spousta práce přesčas. Nemám pocit, že bych byla řádně připojena k nějakému oddělení, nemam komunitu, se kterou bych mohla být a trávit čas bez prace. Mam pocit, že jsem sama za sebe, jsem velmi vděčna, když mě kolegové z jiného oddělení ptaji, abych se připojila k jejich teambuildingům.
