Nelíbí se mi, že se okolo někoho musí našlapovat po špičkách kdežto vy by jste dostali za stejnou věc vynadáno. S každým by se mělo zacházet stejně.

Pracuje zde mnoho zajímavých a kreativních lidí, máme fajn benefity, možnost homme office a work-life balance, hodně společných akcí a dobrou adresu.
Rozhodně snížit fluktuaci a přidat možnost externích školení

Vážím si péče o zaměstnance, že máme různá školení, příspěvek na angličtinu a benefity typu HO, cafeterie. Pracoviště je moc pěkné, jezdíme i ke klientům na schůzky apod., člověk se dostane i pryč z kanceláře.
Více teambuildingových akcí na pobočce, efektivnější porady.

friendly and fair atmosphere modern environment great colleagues interesting job great locality of the offices team-buildings, challenges, various events, fruit in the office well-set processes and organisation
dog office flexible working hours more home office working on personal development of the employees (+ their loyality to the company - too much fluctuation in my opinion)
