Sídlo firmy je v Německu, tudíž se ve firmě komunikuje německy a anglicky. Komunikace s Němci je na každodenní bázi.
Veškeré zkušenosti a znalosti z jiných firem nejsou žádoucí, je potřeba se chovat přesně podle požadavků (vesměs nesmyslných a hlavně nevysvětlených) a provádět věci tak jak je přesně řečeno ne jak se dělaly věci dříve a nebo jinde. Pokud nemáte zkušenosti a znalosti a chcete se nechat "vést" ideální firma. Veškeré předchozí znalosti a zkušenosti zde nevyužijete.
