Jsme blízko

Líbí se mi pracovní prostředí, potkávám se s fajn kolegy a profesionály, benefity jsou standardní jako v jiných firmách, bonusem jsou různé sportovní aktivity + zmrzlina v kanceláři.

Ne přímo nespokojenost, ale v komunikaci je prostor pro zlepšení (ale to má asi každá větší firma).

Na své pozici jsem se naučil spoustu nových a užitečných věcí. Hodně benefitů.

Komunikace mezi odděleními by mohla být výrazně lepší, což by prospělo firmě jako celku. Někdy netahají všichni za jeden provaz.

Velké množství benefitu ze kterých můžeš vybrat to co se ti libí nejvíc. Možnost osobního rozvoje, jazykové kurzy a školení. Příspěvek na stravování a moznost využiti relax zóny.

Peníze. Nic víc pozitivního tam nebylo. Zaměstnanci byli nepříjemní a arogantní .

Můžou se rozvíjet a pokračovat v rozvíjení do dalších pozic, když budou sikovni a spolehliví.

Když lidi budou slušní a budou v pohodě tak je tam naučí vše ale musí být trpelivi.
