Velice me těší docházka, mam male děti a můžu se jim věnovat, protože nejsem v praci od rana do večera

Jako firma Penny Market dává svojim zaměstnancům na svátky velikonoc a Vánoc dárkové poukazy v hodnotě 2000 . Což je to milé.

Vadí mne arogatnost a chování sviho vedoucího.

Líbí se mi pracovní prostředí, potkávám se s fajn kolegy a profesionály, benefity jsou standardní jako v jiných firmách, bonusem jsou různé sportovní aktivity + zmrzlina v kanceláři.

Ne přímo nespokojenost, ale v komunikaci je prostor pro zlepšení (ale to má asi každá větší firma).
