Na pracovišti máme velmi přátelskou atmosféru. Vyhovuje mi flexibilní pracovní doba a občasná práce z domova. Jsem velice ráda za možnost využítí jednoho u benefitu, čimž je dětská skupina.

Pokud´zaměstnavatel ví, že se opravdu snažíte, aby Váš zákazník byl spokojený, tak jako benefit beru opravdu velku flexibilitu pracovní doby, důvěru a podporu za každé situace.

"Paid training provided" means no real professional, country-specific payroll training, but basic SAP and terminology knowledge, and instructions in a rush from an already overwhelmed colleague. Manager is only a people manager with no payroll knowledge. Junior employer is thrown to client calls at the very beginning, to have full responsibility for adp actions. Low salary, no personal recognition, extremely demanding and rude clients, unduly respect towards incompetent senior colleagues. In my homecountry being a payroll specialist is a "profession", there are 8 months state-recognised, costly trainings to become a real payroll specialist to know the actual legislation. But not here.

ADP Czech Republic has several development programs/academies for new employees, focused on professional/payroll skills, but also on soft skills. Associates progress through these training courses, supported by an experienced buddy and immediately apply the new knowledge in real life. We review salaries of our associates on regular basis and adjust based on how they progress in their learning journey to become experienced payroll consultants. We do not necessarily require our managers to have payroll knowledge, for that we have subject matter experts, who are supporting our associates with complex situations. Wish you every success in your future career.

I am satisfied with relaxed and open communication with HR and management. My job is appreciated and renumerated well. As well I like the flexibility and home office at least twice a week. And the last but not the least, there are many learning and growth opportunities. And I see that people who increase their knowledge and skills are being valued by the company and are well-paid.

Unfortunately, some managers are not that great. They do not listen to their people and do not support them as they should. Therefore, in some departments attrition is rather high.

No overtime

Overtime is uncommon here. I speak for my department, of course. It is not supported by managers. And there is no push from managers to do overtime. Very seldom (few times a year) probably, we would face critical issue where people might be asked to stay a bit longer. But it is rather a big exception.

Nejpozitivnějším na této firmě jsou kolegové

V této firmě mi nejvíce chybí benefity jako např Sick days, multisport karta apod. a platy zde nejsou moc vysoké

- Anglictina je zde firemni jazyk - spoustu kolegu, co zde pracuje je ze zahranici a anglictina a jine jazyky se zde vyuziji i v ramci bezne komunikace v tymu - zalezi na oboru, ale i vetsina klientu sidli v zahranici a proto se zde cizi jazyky vyuziji kazdy den

mala som šťastie na skvelý kolektív a šéfov/ky hlavne na začiatku

niektorý kolegovia z iných oddelení nezdielali podstatné informácie - no to je chyba konkrétnych ľudí a nie celej firmy
